The old postcard is the work of Joyce Beresford, one time postmistress of Bradninch who did an excellent job of having the Town photographed and then publishing a set of postcards of which I (Les Chandler) have quite a few but unfortunately not all. She was not the only resident in the Town to publish postcards of Bradninch; W. Sheppard and E. Greenslade, stationers and S. Hawker of Bradninch post office all published postcards at some time.
Cars again have choked this narrow street. A rare sight in 2002 with no cars as the road was just resurfaced
